Our wedding package includes: •Four apartments and the penthouse so your family and friends can share with you this special moment. •Each apartment has 2 bedrooms with a/c, full size futon in the living room, one bathroom, private ocean front balcony, cable TV and elegant kitchens. •Each apartment can accommodate 5 guests. •One penthouse that fits 8 guests. It has 2 bedrooms with a/c, full size futon in the living room, two bathrooms, private ocean front balcony, cable TV and elegant kitchen. •The courtyard has plenty space for your wedding party with beautiful ocean view, private gate to the beach, gazebo and a double sided huge BBQ prep. area perfect for 50 burgers or a gourmet meal to be prepared. •Our luxury suites can accommodate 28 guests but for the wedding day you can have unlimited guests. •You can decorate the place at your own style and bring live music, DJ, catering, etc. There are six private parking space and public parking next door. •The price for three days and two nights is $2,500 plus 7% Room Tax. •You might like to book a 6 nights and 7 days stay with us for $6,600 which also includes exclusive use of the gated private courtyard. •There is a $500.00 security deposit for damage purposes that is 100% reimbursable in 7 days after we inspect the property. •Anniversay parties are also welcome.
